Hi,
Can I call the 12315 number from the US? I'm trying to call using skype, but it says, "number not found". Also, are there any other local consumer protection I can contact? I was recently scammed by a company based in Shanghai. Thank you so much!!

The 12315 is always busy and hard to get through. Which district of Shanghai is the company located? I can help you with the number of the specific district.
