Mr.patty,
You can take a taxi from the airport to Emperor Hotel. It just takes around 15 minutes. For taxi cost, please read the following materials:

The fares from 13 MOP$ for the first 1,600 meters and 1.5 MOP$ is added for additional every 230 meters. 1.5 MOP$ is charged per minute for waiting. For one piece of luggage carried in the boot, you need to pay 3 MOP$.

Emperor Hotel to Maritime Ferry Terminal: take a taxi and it takes around 15MOP$. Or you can cross the street to reach Beijng Street to take free shuttle of Holiday Inn Macau.

Which ferry port in hongkong would turbojet disembark if it came from macau?
It depends on what kind of ferry you take. If you use New World First Ferry service, you will reach Tsim Sha Tsui. If you take turbojet, you will reach Sheung Wan in most cases.

One day tour in Macau:
Fisherman’s Wharf, Senado Square, Ruins of St. Paul’s Church, A-Ma Temple and Macau Tower.
