About:Facilities & Services in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I will be arriving Beijing China air T3 at 10:35 and then fly to Siberia (Novossibirsk) on Siberian Air T3 the following morning 8:35am i need to collect my luggage from check-in. Am i able to stay in the airport overnight without a visa or will i have to leave the airport.

You can stay at the T3 overnight without a visa, many people stay there to catch their early morning flight. You'll not be asked for a visa unless you leave the Terminal building.
