Hi can somebody help me im going to shanghai at the end of this month i already got ticket hotel reservation and Ive got all my documents ready passport ARC etc.  so what i need to know is                1.- Can i go to the Chinese embassy in Nagoya (cause i live in Kanazawa)                 2.- from what time to what time is it OK to go?                3.-Once paid and everything do i have to come back and pick up my documents, is there any chance to get them by mail, cause is not so easy for me to go back.if some one can help me i will highly appreciate it. 1. yes, you can go to the consulate-general of China in Nagoya to apply for China visa2. 9:00---12:00 is Ok for apply for China visa in this month, it takes 4 working days 3. the consulate can not help you to mail back your visa and passport, you can collect them in person or entrust someone else collect them, then mail back to you.
