could you tell me how to get to the main entrance of the expo, from shanghai salvo hotel, with what subway to and from

The nearest People's Square Metro Station is about 1 km west to your hotel, you can take the Subway Line 8 and get off at the South Xizang Road Station, it is close to the South Xizang Road Entrance/Exit.
