Hello,Mr.NkThe passenger procedure for international arrivals from T3 is:Flight Arrivals => Inspection & Quarantine => Exit and Entry Frontier Inspection => Baggage Claim => Customs Inspection => Leaving the airportBaggage Claim is right before Customs Inspection.
