About:Facilities & Services in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

when you arrive at Beijing Airport T3 can you claim your luggage before you go through customs. If you can how do you do this. Remember Bofore customs.

The passenger procedure for international arrivals from T3 is:
Flight Arrivals => Inspection & Quarantine => Exit and Entry Frontier Inspection => Baggage Claim => Customs Inspection => Leaving the airport
Baggage Claim is right before Customs Inspection.
