About:Chinese Embassy in Russia

I have a Chinese girlfriend who visits me in Russia quite often ( I'm working here)but her passport has run out and she is having problems renewing for no apparent reason other than she has had many visits here. What do I need to do to present a letter of invitation that will be accepted by her local police station in order to progress the application. Is there some one I can talk with in the Moscow Chinese Embassy

As I know, Chinese passport can be renewed if it will expire, run out of visa pages, etc. In a word, the apparent reason for passport renewal is not required, she can directly go to the local exit & enter department to renew her passport. As I know, I have to go to the Exit & Enter Department of Kunming Public Security Bureau to apply, renew and change of my Chinese passport

Thanks Mr Peter. If I understand you she has been to her local public security bureau ( Jingzhou) and the desk police have refused. She has shown all her papers for house and business ownership and even got her bank Manager to support her application but it seems like there may be a blanket refusal. She has absolutely nothing wrong with her character for sure but how do we either bypass the local bureau or get a paper that suffices. seems we are stuck with a silly problem

Mr. Dave, does your girlfriend go to the Exit & Enter Department of Jingzhou Public Security Bureau for passport renewal? I know that some polices are rude and are not responsible, sometimes, it is a simple thing, however, they uses their right to refuse you on purpose because they don't have a good mood. I have much sympthy for you and your gildfriend.
