About:Chinese Embassy in Canada

Hello. I just got my residency visa. I have 2 jobs with the company that I work for. One is Monday to Friday and one job on Sunday. I have been having a lot of problems with my Sunday class and just informed them that I am no longer going to do the class anymore. I am very happy with my Monday to Friday job, but the girl who hired me threatened to have me fried from the job, and have my visa canceled if I don't keep my Sunday class. Can the company do this? If so, will I have to leave China?

Thanks

the company doesn't have the right to cancel your visa, she just threaten you, she has to go to the residency visa issuing authority - Exit & enter department under Public Securit Bureau to prove that you are not work in the company now if she wants to cancel your residency visa. It is a complex procedure for her to cancel your visa. I guess that she won't make her in trouble, now, she just threaten you.

Thank you for your help. I have my expert certificate, and the company is asking me for it. I was told that I should keep it and never give it to them. Is that the case?

Thank you!

yes, now, please don't give your expert certificate to her, now, I want to make clear one thing, do you change your Z visa to residence permit within 30 days after entering China? Generally speaking, Z visa is single-entry, valid for 3 months and with no stay duration, Z visa holders have to apply for residence permit within 30 days after entry.
