As I know, these two hotels are located together almost. So, there are two recommended transportation for you:
1. when you arrive at Beijing Airport, please take the shuttle bus Line 7 (CNY16) to its terminal at Beijing West Railway Station firstly. The hotel is located about 3~3.5km away from the bus stop, so please hire a cab driving there. The cab fare is about CNY11~15.
2. when you arrive at Beijing Airport, please take the shuttle bus Line 2 (CNY16)or the Airport Express Train (CNY25) to Dongzhimen station firstly. Here, please transfer to the subway Line 2 (CNY2)and get off at Changchunjie station. The Hotel is located about 2.5~3km from Changchunjie, so taking a taxi will cost you CNY11 only.
