About:China Visa on Arrival

I'm an Indonesian who will have layover in Beijing for 9 hours in my next flight to Los Angeles. Could I apply a visa on arrival that I can use for only 5-6 hour to have short tour to Great Wall? If positive, how much they'll charge for the VOA? thank you. KS

You have to apply for stay permit in the airport if you want to go out of the airport, the fee is about 160RMB.
