Shenzhen Airport has direct shuttle bus to Hong Kong Airport and those buses will stop at Shenzhen Bay border checkpoint and Kowloon. It takes about two hours to HK and costs 90RMB to Kowloon. This is not the cheapest way but the most convenient.
