Hello. I am an American working in Cambodia and would like to apply for a visa to travel from Hanoi to Beijing by train and then from Beijing to Mongolia. A tourist visa for one entry. Is it possible to apply for this visa at the Chinese embassy in Phnom Penh? I work in Phnom Penh and have a long term business visa for Cambodia. I would like to travel in late July.
