There are direct coach from Hong Kong to Huizhou, but your hotel is not in the city center. HK eebus company has regular cross-boundary buses to Huizhou. You can calle the coach company 852-3760-0888

I have returned from it ... it's hell getting there.

HK KCR train to Lo Wu (30 mins) - Qiaoshe Bus Terminal in Lo Wu to Da Pu Tun (almost 3 hours) - Another bus from Da Pu Tun (it's just a street name & there are no signboard to indicate) to Jin Hai Wan (1 hour) - Jin Hai Wan to the Resort (15 mins) by motorcyle. There's no taix. So yes, 3 people on 1 motorcyle.

Start time 09:00. Reach hotel at 4pm. Return to Hong Kong .... you guessed it, the same way!!!
