You don't need a seperate visa for Tibet, you just need a Tibet Entry Permit issued by Tourism Administration of the Tibet Autonomous Region besides the China visa. You'd better contact a travel agency in China and ask it to help you to get the Tibet Entry Permit. It is not easy for you to get the Tibet Entry Permit by yourself.
