About:Visa Policy of China

I am trying to get a visa for a Philippine friend, resident of Taiwan, to visit me in China. Can she apply for a visa through a travel agency in Taiwan or does she have to apply in person? If she has to go to Hong Kong, I believe she will have to get a visa for that too!

As far as I know, filipinos have to apply for the China visa in their home country, but you may confirm with the travelagencies in Taiwan.
