Can anyone advise us 4 pals the most budget and comfortable way of transport from HMA to Haikou downtown(which stop to get down) and then to Wenchang City(Pau Di Chuan). We thought of using Meilan Airport Shuttle after arriving by Tiger Airways, is the shuttle frequent? or do you have better advise. Thanks lots.

Mrs.Rong,The airport shuttle bus costs around CNY15. You need take airport shuttle bus and get off at Haikou East Bus Station(海口汽车东站). There you can take bus to Wenchang. Bus ticket: around CNY18. Or You can take No.21 bus to get off at Hainan Normal University(海南师范大学). Then take N0.11 bus to Haikou East Bus Station. Actually, you can walk west for 200 meters along Nanhaidadao(南海大道) to get to Haikou South Bus Station. There are also buses to Wenchang. Bus ticket: around CNY 18.
