HI
To travel one day to Shenzhen from Hong hum what would be the easiest mode of transport ie train, bus etc our visas we are geeting at home (nz)before we leave,is that ok.

You mean you have the visa ready at NZ? If so, that is the best and you can take East Rail train from Hung Hom to Lo Wu, Shenzhen. It takes about 45 minutes and costs 33HKD per person.
