About:China Facts

Hello everyone,
I was wondering about China's citizenship rules! Does China let anyone who was born in the country a citizen straight away without having to attend a ceremony or fill out a form?
Also, does China allow people who's parents lived in China, but who havn't actually lived their themselves, become a citizen?
