Question

I will visit Chengdu in November 2010. I will spend 6D5N at Chengdu. Would like to know what are the places of interest include shopping, entertainment, good food that available for me during the very short periods? Any ground package is available at reasonable and economy price? I prefer backpacker kind of travelling.

I think you could book a hotel located in or close to the Chunxi Road, Kuanzhai Xiangzi or Jinli, all of which are the prosperous old streets in Chengdu. You could find nice shopping, dining as well as entertainments here.
