Hello, I will be traveling to Guangzhou in early May and will be staying at the China Hotel on No. 122 Liu Hua Lu. I was wondering what markets are within walking distance of that hotel. Looking at watches, womans bags/clothes, kids toys. Basically buying gifts. Also, what can I expect to talk my prices down to compaired to the marked price? 50%? 30%? Thank you in advance.

This hotel is located in the area of Guangzhou Railway Station, where you could find some large wholesale markets, such as the famous White Horse Clothes Wholesale Market. Please cut down the price as low as possible firstly and then bargain a reasonable one.

All of them are within walking distance except the kid’s toys and gifts of your hotel, because you can buy them at the One Link toys &gifts Whole Sales Market and that place is not very close to the China Hotel.
