About:China Visa Renewal and Extension

To whom it may concern,

I am living my boyfriend who is an expat here in Shanghai. I have a working visa which going to expire this May 10, 2010. How can my boyfriend sponsored me to get a month tourist visa here in Shanghai ? what are the requirements ?

you boyfriend can't sponsored you to get a month tourist visa because he is not your husband, you don't have the marriage license. You can go to the local exit & enter department under Shanghai Public Security Bureau to apply for a tourist visa valid for 1 month with 0 entry.
