Can someone tell me the general trading hours for most shops, services, restaurants, markets etc.. including weekends. What shopping areas are open on Saturday and sunday and are the night markets open until late every night? Is there a late night shopping night in Hong Kong? Also, are there fewer buses, ferries and trains running on weekends? Sorry for all the question but if someone can answer some of these would be great. thanks.
