Please can you advise the differing options for traveling from Yichang to Wuhan. Including train travel and bus and the cost of each.

There is only one train from Yichang to Wuhan, which departs at 07:53 in the morning. If you prefer to take the train, you would have to stay one night in Yichang. The bus journey would take around 4 - 5 hours and the ticket costs about CNY70.00-130.00 per person.
