Hello,
I would like to go to the Yellow Mountain in Huangshan City. Is there any bus driving from Shanghai to the mountain?

Yes, as I know, there are several coaches departing from Shanghai South Bus Station to Mt. Huangshan directly everyday. It is suggested that you purchase the bus ticket at the train station one day in advance.
