Hi,The best way to travel to Zhongshan is by ferry from Kowloon or the airport. On the airport you don't even have to go through customs. You can directly transfer to the ferry to zhongshan. Then you have to inform at check-in in France that you are travelling to zhongshan. Myself i allways take the ferry from Kowloon. In this case you have the possibility to have a look at Hong Kong Kowloon and Hong Kong Island. You can book rooms for a good price at asiarooms.com. The ferry departs just next to the Royal Pacific Hotel and the Marco Polo Prince Hotel. I am in Zhongshan at the moment for bussiness. If you want to investigate the night live of Zhongshan you can go to the Shang Ri La Hotel. Next to this hotel are some Pubs and Clubs.Good luck in Zhongshan, China
