Will you go to Hong Kong from Shenzhen Airport? If so, at the arrival hall of Shenzhen Airport, you could find the counter selling the bus tickets to Hong Kong, which also guide you to take the intercity-bus.
If you are in downtown shenzhen, I think there is no need to take any bus. You could enter into Hong Kong on foot by through Luohu, Huanggang or other borders.0
