My knees are week and I am unable to do strenuous walking. Is there a part of the Great Wall that I can visit without too much strain?

Hi, Ms.Rashmi,

The Great Wall is built on mountains. There are many ups and downs on it even in the best repaired section Badaling. You can bring an alpenstock, which will greatly relieve your knees'pain.

I recommend you go to Badaling, as there is cable car you can take and the wall is repaired. Walk slowly and enjoy!
