Star Ferry Co. runs loop route (one hour)around Voctoria Habor at its piers in Tsim Sha Tsui, Central, Wan Chai and Hung Hom. A Symphony of Lights Harbour Cruise costs 150HKD (135HKD discounted price)from 7:05 p.m. to 9:05 p.m.

You can choose Single Ride Night Round Trip Ticket which is only costs 110HKD (99HKD discounted price) and buy the ticket for 8:00pm. Then you can see the light show on boat and cheaper than Symphony of Lights Harbour Cruise.
