About:Macau Visa Policy

Dear
i am going to china on F catagrey visa and i wan to get married their with a chinese girl so what i have to either china will extend my visa while after the marridge or i have to come back to pakistan to get the new visa of some other type and what i have to do in legal documentation to get married in china

If you want to make registration in China, you have to have Single Status Statutory Declaration (also called single status crtificate) from a local notary office in Pakistan, then the certificate should be authenticated by Pakistan Foreign Affairs Office or its authorized office, at last it should be attested by the Chinese embassy or consulate in Pakistan. Non-English identifications must be translated into Chinese by professional translation agency.

After marriage, please make registration in Pakistani Embassy in Beijing and apply for authentication of your marriage liense. You can extend your visa at the local Exit & Enter Department as the spouse of Chinese citizen. The best way is that you find a work in China during this period, then return to Pakistan to apply for work visa, after entry, apply for residence permit under the help of employer.
