About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

I have all the required information and documents needed for the Chinese Visa application (tickets, hotel bookings, etc.).

I have bought tickets to exit Japan on the 2nd of April.

The closest embassy to my area (I live in Kurashiki) is Osaka.

I work full time (Mon-Fri) and the last day of work for me is the 26th of March (Fri).

I cannot get to the Osaka embassy because I have to work during the week, and I don't want to leave it until the 28th (Monday) of March, in case there is something wrong with my application, and it is refused.

Could you please let me know if I am able to send all the required documentation (including passport) to the embassy in Osaka by registered mail (Kaki dome)?

If so will you send it back to me by registered mail? (of course I understand a fee for this service will be payable)

A speedy response will be much appreciated!

Have a nice day.

Mr.Michael, the visa application by post (registered mail) is not accepted by Consulate General of China in Osaka, you can entrust a visa agency or someone else to submit the application on your behalf.
