About:China Customs Declaration

Dear Sir,
I purchased two electronic items from china then thy say only 426 us dollars for this two items with all charges, But now thy ask more 170.4 dollars for customs duty i don't understand, and how can face this matter please any body can helf me. I hopely expect for your reply.
