About:Embassy of Cameroon in China

i am a Cameroonian studying in Malaysia and my fiance living in England. We want to get married in Malaysia, but we were told that we have to get to a country with a Cameroonian embassy. I will like to know if this is true that we need to go to a country with a Cameroonian embassy and what we require to do to have a civil registered marriage in China.
If it is possible for a marriage to be done in China, how long will it take us to have our marriage certificates ready.
