hai, i would like to find out the mode of transportation to travel in shenzen and guanzhou.

Can we buy ticket for one week to travel by bus or train to go around the cities?? if so, where to buy the tickets? is it worthwhile?

By a 7 days trips around macau, shenzen and guanzhou, what is the estimated cost for decent accomodation, food and transportation if i wish to travel by minimum costs/budget travel... thank you...
