hai, i would like to find out the mode of transportation to travel in shenzen

Question

hai, i would like to find out the mode of transportation to travel in shenzen and guanzhou.Can we buy ticket for one week to travel by bus or train to go around the cities?? if so, where to buy the tickets? is it worthwhile?By a 7 days trips around macau, shenzen and guanzhou, what is the estimated cost for decent accomodation, food and transportation if i wish to travel by minimum costs/budget travel... thank you...

Guangzhou is not far away from Shenzhen, one hour by D trains and 2 hours by bus. Many bus stations has buses shuttle between these two cities. You can buy ticket one a whole week, but only buy ticket the same day. Train ticket can be bought a week earlier. Just go to the train station or bus station, buy ticket and get on the bus or train.
