About:Chinese Embassy in Pakistan

hi
i am applying first time chinese visa will i come personal or send some body on behalf of me and same for my friend but he have alot of china visits
please inform me thanks

In principle, the applicant should show up on spot, especially, it is your first time to apply for Chinese visa.
