Dear All,
My name is Tayyab Naseer from Pakistan. I have done graduation in Electrical Engineering from UET Lahore (August 2009). I have been selected by the Ministry of government of Pakistan under the Cultural Exchange Scholarship program 2010, offered by the Chinese Government Scholarship program 2010. I am a bit confused about the procedure to apply for the scholarship. The letter which i received from the Government of Pakistan mentions only two websites csc.edu.cn and laihua.csc.edu.cn and a physical examination letter is attached.
I have few queries, first of all
1. Whether i have to apply online form or have to fill the hard copy.
2. What to fill in Agency number? because every university has its own and i am planning to apply in Tsinghua, Peking and China institute of Science and Technology.
But in the form we are allowed to fill only one.
3. I do not have any contact in China so should i leave it unfilled ?
4. Whether my scholarship is full or partial not mentioned on the call letter i received.
5. I am not proficient in Chinese language, how long will it take to complete my Master's Degree then.
