Please do i need to bring my air ticket to the embassy before i can get my visa to china?

yes, you need to bring the two way flight tickets to the Chinese embassy for visa application.

i will do transit through Italy so how can i bring that air ticket to your office ?

Mr.eric, you can book the through ticket and show the ticket to the visa officer.
