HI, I WILL BE VISITING SHANGHAI AND WUXI FROM END-FEB TO 1ST WEEK OF MARCH. WHAT WILL BE THE WEATHER LIKE ? WHICH IS A BETTER PLACE FOR TOURISTS ? SHANGHAI OR WUXI

I think Shanghai is better for tourist. Weather at that time is still cold and not warming up. It is a bit windy in Shanghai. I wore long-sleeve T-shirt and warm jacket (not very thick) when I was there in early March last year.
