Hi, Mr.Mooci, there are no ticket vending machines in the train station; only manual ticket offices are available. You could buy the tickets directly at the wicket. And the signs are in both English and Chinese.

Thanks for the info, Ms Sunnydream. I feel better knowing that I will be able to read the signs at least.

I am not sure what you mean by "buy the tickets directly at the wicket" though ?? I think I can buy tickets online but I am not sure how I collect or get them delivered to me ..

Mr.Mooci, the train station does not provide online ticket booking service. You may ask a travel agency to buy the ticket and deliver it to your hotel, otherwise, you need to go the train station and buy it at the selling wicket by yourself.
