Hi there,I am travelling to Chengdu for 2 nights on April 17th and 18th, departing on the 19th. I wish to travel to see Leshan Giant Buddha and Mt Emei on the same day, the 18th of april. Remembering that i am staying in Chengdu is this possible or will it be too much travelling for the day. Could you please tell me the quickest way for travel time. Are there private tour guides available for Mt Emei? thank you for your assistance

Ms.SASLB,If you are not hurry, I suggest you take 2 days to visit Leshan Giant Buddha and Mt. Emei. One day is not enough for you to experience the Giant Buddha and Mt. Emei. You can take a bus at the Xinnanmen bus station in Chengdu. It costs around CNY 37 and takes about 2 hours. After visiting Leshan Giant Buddha, you can take take a bus at Leshan Central Bus Station or Leshan Xiaoba Bus Station to Mt.Emei.
