About:Window of the World, Shenzhen

Are Filipinos eligible to apply for the 5-day Shenzhen visa at the Lo Wu border? Thank you!

Better apply the visa in Philippinescoz I'm not sure if they still grant visa-on-arrival in Shenzhen for Filipinos. Recently, Filipinos are very difficult to get a Chinese visa even in Phillines, so I'm afraid that you can't get a visa-on-arrival at the Luohu Border of Shenzhen.
