The buses from Pinghu to Hangzhou depart from Pinghu South Bus Station and stop at Jiubao Passenger Transport Center. Then, you can go to Wulinmen Square by bus. There are no direct buses from Jiubao Passenger Transport Center to Wulinmen Square. You need to transfer to other buses on the way. Let me give you an itinerary:
1. Take the Bus K684 from Jiubao Passenger Transport Center to Jiubao bus stop.
2. Take the Bus 309/K309/523/K523/K339/K509 from Jiubao to Zhanongkou New Village
3. Take the Bus 28/K28/K516/Y5 to get to Wulinmen Square

This is the cheapest way. As you know, public bus ticket is cheaper than taxi fee. You can go there by taxi as well.
After you arrive at Wulinmen Sqaure, just find the Wulinmen CAAC Ticket Office. Near it, there is a KFC.
