my departure flight is at 2pm from Hangzhou on Wednesday

by what time must i leave Shanghai hotel in Yuyuan Garden area to be able to reach Hangzhou airport in time for the plane at 2pm
can i leave my hotel at 7 am and take the first available train and reach Hangzhou railway station and take a taxi to the airport

much would the taxi from Hangzhou railway station and take a taxi to the Hangzhou airport cost ?

also how cold is it really at the moment - do i need longjohns and heavy winter clothes ?
