What kind of Thai visa do you want to apply for your daughter? As far as I know,  Thailand have granted visa-free access or visa-on-arrival to HKSAR Passport holders, for more information, please refer to http://www.gov.hk/en/residents/immigration/traveldoc/hksarpassport/visafreeaccess.htm
