Hi, I'm planning to go to Taiwan on the 12th of Feb, I will take a ferry from Fuzhou to Matsu and than another one from Matsu to Keelung, and then from Keelung, or Taipei to Taichung. I dont know what is the best way to get to Taichung, 2,5h on the bus sounds long, and that will be the 1st day of Spring Festival, aren't trains more reliable?And one more question, I work and live in China - Shanghai, I have working, multiple entry visa to China, but I cant apply for visa to Taiwan anywhere on mainland. Do I actually need a visa as EU citizen?Thank you very much for help.

i can just help the visa problem. As I know citizen of nearly 40 countries can enter Taiwan without a visa. Poland is in the list.
