About:Mutianyu Great Wall

Be Carefull, the bus No.916 does not operate during winter time (it does but it won't go to the great wall).
During winter time, prefer 936 and expect 50 RMB more to get a ride from the city to the wall area (on and back)

The bus no.916 does not go to the Great Wall directly in any season, either summer or winter. It can only take visitors to Huairou where visitors have to transfer to Mutianyu Great Wall by local minibuses. The bus no.936 has a branch line that goes directly to Mutianyu. Visitors should confirm it before departure.
