About:Hong Kong Travel

Hi every1! I'm from the Philippines.. we'll be in HK on 19Jan2010 until 22Jan2010.
Advance sorry for my questionssssssss! hehe.. Here we go:

1. On our 1st 2days/nyts, we'l be staying at the Bridal Tea House Western District Hotel in Queen's Rd West, Sai Ying Pun 1. Are there any restaurants/fast food/tea house, near(est) our hotel where we can easily go for our meal? What are they (and if you cld kindly indicate the exact location/streets & how to get there? hehe)?

2. On our 2nd day, we'r planning to spend the whole morning in OCEAN PARK. At least how many hours wld be enough (but not to the point of being time/energy-harrased) for a ''nice time at the park''? is 4hrs just about right?

3. After ocean park, we'l be spending the whole aftern at THE PEAK, until dinner. How do we get to The Peak from Ocean Park? After The Peak, How do we get back to our hotel in Western District from the Peak Terminus via MTR?

(We'l be spending our 3rd & 4th/last day at the Disney's Hollywd Hotel)

4. Can you pls assure us that we won't easily get lost, & our trip will be hassle-free if we'd just use our heads(hehe) and read the signs?

'hoping for your reply...for our peace of mind hehe..
Thank you soooooooooooo much!

1. I think you could find some when you arrive there. I know one called Yue Kee Dessert, located at 32, Sai Wan. You could walk there along the Queen's Road West easily. There are so many restaurants distributed in Hong Kong. Actually, the Bridal Tea Hourse does serve good foods.

2. The park is open at 10:00, when you could start the trip. Four~five hours will be ok. It is suggested that you go to its official webiste to learn about this park in advance

3. At the Ocean Park, you could catch the bus 629 to Admiralty station of HK metro. Then, at the Exit C1, you could take the bus 15 to get to the Peak directly.

From Peak to the Bridal Tea House: No metro could be used directly. Please take the bus 15 and get off at Peeder Street, and then walk to the Statue Square where you could take the bus 104 or 101 back to the hotel. Acutally, from Peeder Street, you could take a cab returing to the hotel with a fare of around 30HK$.

4. well, please bring a map with you which will show all of the direction and main bus routes. The locals will also be kind to help you. Take it easy!
