Can I rent a cellphone in Shanghai for short-term use? How much can it be..excluding the time usage of course.I read somewhere that the local call rate is CNY 0.10 per minute. If available, where can I find one?

Suggest you buy a sim card in stead of rent a cellphone, for we do not rent cellphone at all, or herpaps do, but no one do this as I know. Cellphone is cheap and it is easy to buy sim card. As to the fare er minutes, it varies from different kinds of sim cards. Generally, it is available.
