About:Facilities & Services in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Aloha! According to Mr. Frank's reply in #11 above to Mr. Mike on 8/12/09 he initially referred to the hourly lounge in the Int'l Restricted Area. link led to Beijing Capital Airport Hotel .... is that the same as the hourly lounge that he first referred to?
I checked that site and it seems like it is a hotel near the airport and not the hourly lounge at Terminal 3.....can someone please confirm?? I'm confused...
Thanks,

Of course, they are not the same. The hourly lounge is located in the airport terminal, as well the the Capital Airport Hotel is outside the terminal.

In terminal 3, there are two hourly lounge. One is located at the the public area of the Arrival Hall at 2nd Floor of T3-C. The other one is located at the International Departure Hall of T3-E. Here are its cellphone: 010-64532621 010-64558577

Tips: the experience of Mr.Desmond above this page will be helpful!

Well, I remembered that the Express Train will arrive at the Departure Hall on 4F of T3-C. Of so, you have take the elevator downstairs to the 2F where the hourly lounge is.

Here the experience of Mr. Desmond: am now in a standard room with no bathroom(300 yuan for 8 hrs). Surprised it was quite peaceful with no interruptions.

There are two beds, cabinets and an LCD TV here(mostly 70 local channels and some foreign ones.. no CNN)

For those transferring from International flights to Domestic, after you have collected your baggage and done the transfer, don't go up and through the security checks!

The hourly lounge is at the public space of the T3-C terminal, so you'll need to exit the area.
Just speak to any of the info staff and they would guide you.

I was "cheated" into checking myself thru the security checks and realised the lounge wasnt inside. But once i made my predicament clear to a security officer, he seemed pretty glad to let me out, probably not the first time.

Hi Ms.Meng...Thank you for confirming that the hourly lounge and Capital Airport Hotel is not the same. You mentioned that the hourly lounge in the Arrival Hall is in the public area...are we able to just go directly there when we arrive to Terminal 3 via the Airport Express Train from Park Plaza that nite before I flight? Then do we just go to the Check In Counter in the Departure area? Again, I'm a little confused about your tip: 'the experience of Mr. Desmond above this page will be helpful'....where do I see his experience??
Look forward to hearing from you again...Thank you,
