About:Shanghai Weather

Hi,

I'm going to visit Hangzhou and Shanghai this 1st - 5th Feb 2010. Can i know what is the climate and should i wear thick jacket or thin jacket is just enough? Would there be any snow during that time? where can i shop for silk n camera because i heard that it's quite cheaper over there

Currently, the weather of Shanghai ang Hangzhou is cold that you should wear warm sweater and down jacket. However, it is said that the weather is becoming warm from next week. Then, it will be around 15C at daytime. So, you'd better watch the real-time weather forecast at the end of this month.
