hi!i m planning to visit hong kong on 1 feb-4 feb 2010.it is very cool in hong kong? how is the weather? should i need to bring umbrella?

There is no chilly weather in HK. A warm sweater and jacket is ok even in the coldest time (around 10C). Currently, the weather is cool since the rainfall.
